About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Chemical Division team. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, from order entry to delivery and invoicing. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain positive business relationships, both internally and externally, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement service-related improvements for customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships.
