Job Summary and Responsibilities
In this sales support position, you will be responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary goal will be to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering all incoming concerns and needs from customers in a professional and courteous manner
 - Handling key pick-up requests, transportation, and routing on delivery questions
 - Processing will-call orders and providing customers with invoice copies
 - Processing credits and maintaining a call list
 - Monitoring orders before the cut-off and communicating regularly with Account Executives and customers
 - Managing same-day deliveries for our operating company
 - Performing other duties as directed by your Supervisor
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
 - At least 1 year of prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience
 - Strong telephone communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 - Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods
 - Proficiency in MS Office
 
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous call center experience
 - Experience working in a foodservice or distribution environment
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
