Job Overview


We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ringoes, NJ. As a full-time CSR, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist customers with their needs as they arrive at our location, providing a warm and welcoming experience

  • Operate forklifts to load and unload auto parts, both manually and with the assistance of machinery, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment

  • Assist customers in identifying and locating additional parts as needed, including looking up part numbers or checking inventory

  • Process customer payments accurately using our point-of-sale system, maintaining a high level of attention to detail

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the customer service area and in the warehouse, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety

  • Perform other data entry tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the business, including updating inventory, entering part orders, and assisting with other administrative duties

Essential Qualifications



  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with auto parts experience being a significant plus

  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn, with training provided to ensure your success

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team and customers, providing a positive and supportive experience

  • Basic computer skills for looking up parts, processing payments, and performing data entry tasks, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment, with a focus on safety and well-being

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, ensuring your ability to commute to our location

  • Must be able to work full-time (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm), with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
