Department Summary and Role Overview

The Wireless Customer Service Representative role is an integral part of our team based out of our cutting-edge facility. This position offers the unique opportunity to be amongst the first to experience our latest state-of-the-art wireless technology. Post-training, your production schedule may include a rotation of at-home and onsite work, based on performance and business needs, allowing for flexibility and a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As a valued member of the Customer Experience Team (CXO), you will serve as the voice of our company to our customers, focusing on resolving issues, preventing future problems, and promoting our services through voice and chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing Long-Term Customer Relationships: Provide exceptional service and one-call resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans to offer informed support and recommendations.
  • Product Suggestions and Sales: Identify opportunities to sell our products and services, enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Accurately respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, and hardware operation, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
