Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Client Services Team to deliver the highest level of customer service and achieve retention goals
 - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a prompt, professional, and thorough manner
 - Build rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication via phone and email
 - Utilize our CRM system to manage client accounts, document client discussions, and maintain accurate records
 - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client success in the program and resolve any issues that may arise
 - Take and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism
 - Review enrollment information to ensure client success and participate in key retention activities throughout the program
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience
 - Call center experience is preferred, but not required
 - Fluency in Spanish is a plus
 - Reliable internet speeds and a dedicated workspace
 - A positive attitude, empathy, and a strong work ethic
 - Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
 - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
 - Experience in financial services, particularly in banking, personal loans, and credit cards, is an asset
 - Previous debt settlement experience is highly desirable
 
Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
