About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst, iQueue for Infusion Centers to join our team remotely. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data onboarding, acquisition, and maintenance for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to standardize and scale our data-gathering processes, investigate and resolve data-related issues, and contribute to the development of analytical tools and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Onboarding and Acquisition: Acquire data from various sources (files and databases), gather and maintain data requirements, and communicate technical requirements to customers.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to ensure their IT and process teams understand data setup and transfer needs, and occasionally visit customer sites.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to standardize and scale data-gathering processes, and collaborate with product implementation managers, customer success managers, product managers, and engineers to execute these opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve data-related issues with internal teams and external customers.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to build prototypes for analytical tools and products.
- Coaching and Resource: Coach and be a resource for other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent years of related experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a data analyst or business analyst, or similar.
- Technical Skills:
- Python: Experience with Python programming.
- Data Analytics Tools: Strong knowledge of and experience with data analytics tools like Tableau, Excel.
- Databases: Experience with databases like SQL, Postgres.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information, hypothesize ideas, and validate them.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Experience in validating and auditing data, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to occasionally work Pacific Time hours, regardless of location.
Preferred Qualifications
- EHR Experience: Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
- ETL Experience: Experience working on Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
