Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs and suggesting the right American Express SBS products.
• Deliver in-depth product and service knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and other elements of American Express Small Business Services.
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals.
• Provide exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized environment.
• Document essential account information according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain integrity and comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of client care experience, with a passion for building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate an online environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
