Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant/Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our organization, providing administrative support, data entry, and payroll coordination. You will work in a remote setting, with flexible hours, and will be responsible for processing inbound receiving data, providing clerical support, and supporting daily entry of receiving data into our database. You will also be responsible for inputting and validating producer payroll data, analyzing reports, and reconciling physical receipts of tickets against our database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process inbound receiving data on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide clerical support and payroll support as needed
  • Support daily entry of receiving data into our database
  • Reconcile physical receipt of tickets against our database
  • Analyze reports to identify missing tickets
  • Save electronic tickets to specified folders
  • Input and/or validate producer payroll data
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management via phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in data entry, specifically using the 10 key
  • Proficient and accurate data entry of a variety of sales programs and events
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Good listening skills and ability to clarify problems or issues
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other productivity software
  • Knowledge of office practices, business, and administrative procedures
  • Experience with payroll processing and administration
