Remote Behavior Specialist in KS

This opportunity seeks a Behavior Specialist with expertise in telehealth services to support K-12 students within a school setting. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data through telehealth platforms. • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs. • Provide training and consultation to teachers, staff, and families regarding behavioral strategies and best practices. • Participate in collaborative meetings to review student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with educational and professional standards. Qualifications and Experience: • Certification or licensure as a Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Demonstrated experience delivering behavioral services via telehealth. • Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and related behavioral interventions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, educators, and families remotely. • Ability to analyze behavioral data and adapt strategies to improve student outcomes.
