Skills • Licensed as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC in Pennsylvania (additional state licenses a plus) • Experienced in pediatric trauma work (required) • EMDR training preferred • Comfortable with telehealth and tech-savvy • Highly organized and excited to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Warm, engaging, and passionate about helping kids and teens build resilience Responsibilities • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based techniques to support children and teens in achieving their goals • Collaborate with psychiatrists, behavioral case managers, and other clinicians to develop holistic treatment plans • Participate in innovative therapy approaches, including piloting experimental protocols and techniques Qualifications • Licensed as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC in Pennsylvania • Experience in pediatric trauma work • EMDR training (preferred) Education Requirements • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Relevant state licensure required for practice Experience Requirements • Experience working with children and teens in a therapeutic setting is required Why work in Philadelphia, PA Philadelphia offers a vibrant mix of history, culture, and innovation, making it an attractive place to live and work.
