About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Act as an active listener, leveraging probing question skills to understand customer needs and preferences
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting Airbnb services and features to customers
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on Airbnb services and features
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive pay rate of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly pay, you'll also be eligible for:
