About the Role: Customer Care Resolution Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize multiple systems and resources to resolve customer issues and answer questions, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, providing personalized solutions and exceeding their expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
- Successful completion of mandatory training program.

Location: Work from Home in Approved States
Hours: We provide 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities, including 8 and 10 hour shifts, day, evening, morning, and night shifts.
