About Our Energy Services Programs

Our Energy Services Programs are designed to provide critical support to individuals and families in need, helping them access essential energy services and improve their overall quality of life. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital files, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
  • Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
  • Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
  • Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
  • Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
  • Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
  • Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
  • Perform related work as required.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
  • Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with program staff and other stakeholders.
