Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues.
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing exceptional service and solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
- Multi-tasking and thinking critically to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license.
- A commitment to being your best and providing exceptional customer service.
We prefer candidates who have experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, but it's not essential. What's more important is that you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
