Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with AAA Life Members in a fast-paced inbound contact center to provide an outstanding experience, building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
 - Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, ensuring empathetic resolution and accurate information.
 - Effectively handle customer concerns by utilizing available resources, keeping records of all interactions and changes, and ensuring compliance and communication standards are met.
 - Confidentially handle policy owner information and collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members.
 - Provide exceptional service to every caller, putting people first and keeping their experience simple by being transparent, values that members appreciate as much as we do.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience. Insurance/call center experience is preferred.
 - Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
 - Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
 - A basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products. Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework is preferred.
 - A High School Diploma is required, with some college-level coursework preferred.
 - Reliable internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload, and the ability to support a VPN.
