Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers, ask questions to identify their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers make informed decisions.
  • Process new and amended enrollments efficiently and accurately.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences that exceed client expectations and foster loyalty.
  • Ensure authentic experiences for clients' customers, driving long-term relationships and business growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
  • Hold an active license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Demonstrate a passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature.
  • Be fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications
