Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our pharmacy customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, ensuring that customer needs are met during peak periods.
  • Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
