Job Summary: Driving Business Continuity through Data Integration Excellence

As a Data Management Analyst III, you'll play a critical role in ensuring business continuity across the organization by managing daily data integration activities and successfully transferring data between various stakeholders. Your expertise will drive the creation, documentation, and implementation of new data connections, enabling EMS|MC to maintain its position as a leader in the EMS billing industry.

Key Responsibilities: Leading Data Integration Efforts

  • Assign, monitor, and review progress and accuracy of work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Provide leadership in first-line resolution of all data management issues, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Manage project activities related to establishing new data connections between EMS|MC and various EMS providers, hospitals, and ePCR systems
  • Utilize various tools and manual processes to download and process data files needed by the business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop, document, and apply best practices and procedures that govern data management policies and operations
  • Automate manual processes, resulting in technical solutions that are scalable and adaptable to changes in the business
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry best practices and disseminate information as needed to drive innovation and improvement
  • Identify and communicate ideas for improved efficiency and performance, contributing to the company's ongoing growth and success
  • Provide backup support for team members as directed, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and supportively

Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Profile
