Your Role: Digital Marketing Coach

As a Digital Marketing Coach, you'll work closely with our clients to help them implement their personalized marketing plans and achieve their business goals. You'll provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they stay on track and overcome any obstacles that come their way. Your expertise and coaching will be instrumental in helping our clients build successful client acquisition machines and achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: You'll ensure that each client is properly onboarded and set up for success in our program. This includes providing clear guidance on our coaching process, playbooks, and marketing plans.
• 1-on-1 Client Attention: You'll work closely with your clients to help them progress through their marketing plans, providing feedback, support, and accountability along the way.
• Conflict Resolution: You'll quickly and effectively resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within your client roster, ensuring that everyone is happy and supported.

Success Metrics

As a Digital Marketing Coach, you'll be accountable for three key metrics:

• Monthly Client Retention: The percentage of clients you retain each month.
• Total # of Clients on Your Roster: The number of active clients you're working with.
• Client Happiness Score: The percentage of clients who give you a positive rating each month.

What You'll Learn and Achieve

As a Digital Marketing Coach with 6 Figure Creative, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in several key areas. You'll learn:

• The intricacies of creating strong, lasting relationships with clients: You'll develop a deep understanding of what it takes to build trust and rapport with our clients.
• How to build systems that support client success: You'll learn how to create and implement systems that help our clients achieve their goals.
• The inner workings of 6 Figure Creative and our client businesses: You'll gain a deep understanding of our company culture, values, and mission, as well as the businesses we work with.

Over the next six months, you'll achieve the following milestones:

• 30 Days: You'll be familiar with our playbooks and coaching process, and you'll have onboarded your first few clients.
• 60 Days: You'll be up to 15 active clients, and you'll have a deep understanding of our playbooks and coaching process.
• 90 Days: You'll be up to 25-30 active clients, and you'll be ready to take on more.
• 180 Days: You'll have 50+ clients on your roster, with 95%+ client retention and a 95%+ Client Happiness Score.

Who You'll Work With

You'll report directly to Brian Hood, our founder, who will work closely with you to develop your coaching skills and help you grow professionally. You'll be part of a small, growing team of coaches, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from your colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience: You have a strong background in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills: You're able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously, without dropping the ball.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills: You're able to motivate and inspire our clients to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication skills: You're comfortable on video, and you're able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented: You're meticulous in your work, and you're able to catch small details that make a big difference.

Preferred Qualifications

• Paid coaching experience: You have experience coaching clients or team members in digital marketing.
• Full-time availability: You're available to coach full-time (40 hours per week) during normal working hours.
• Experience with remote clients: You have experience working with clients in various remote settings, including email, online communities, and video calls.
• Gift for building strong relationships: You have a talent for making people feel seen, heard, and understood.
• Background as a creative freelancer: You have experience working as a creative freelancer, and you understand the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of work.
