Key Responsibilities
As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive career development strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals. Your key deliverables will include:
- Creating a career development strategy and roadmap that supports the L&TS vision set forth by the SVP, Learning & Talent Solutions
 - Designing and implementing programs that promote internal mobility, including gig assignments, internal assignments, and rotations
 - Developing career development curricula, webinars, tools, and resources to support employee growth and development
 - Building and maintaining a company-wide virtual career center (interactive website)
 - Establishing a career coaching model, program, and resources to support employees in achieving their career goals
 - Developing and executing an upskilling/reskilling strategy to address evolving talent and skill needs
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An in-depth understanding of best practices in career development strategy and execution
 - Proven experience with curriculum development and delivery methodologies and best practices
 - Excellent communication and senior leader engagement experience
 - A consultative approach and persuasive communication style to influence stakeholders
 - The ability to prioritize initiatives based on evolving talent and skill needs, making strategic recommendations to company leadership
 - Experience working in a matrix environment and effectively sharing responsibility for internal mobility with Talent Acquisition
 - Certifications in career assessments and career coaching are desirable
 
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have:
- Prior experience leading career development initiatives in large organizations
 - A proven track record of driving business results through strategic talent development
 - Experience working in a fast-paced, hybrid, evolving work environment
 - The ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that don't always have a process, system, or solution in place
 - A balance of creative sensibilities and strong management/organizational skills
