About the Role: District Performance Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized District Performance Coordinator (DPC) to join our remote team. As a critical support partner to our Pharmacy District Leader (DL, RX) and District Support Pharmacist Leader (DSPL), you'll play a key role in cultivating a culture of excellence in pharmacies across your market. Key Responsibilities

  • Pharmacist Scheduling and Payroll: Manage pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district, ensuring that District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) are scheduled appropriately to support pharmacy operations.
  • Vaccine Clinic Scheduling: Coordinate vaccine clinic scheduling for flu season, inputting clinics into the schedule and revising pharmacist schedules as needed to ensure coverage.
  • Administrative Activities: Handle administrative tasks, such as expenses, payroll, supply ordering, and other duties as required.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Pull, format, and analyze reporting to highlight district and individual pharmacy opportunities for DL, RX, DSPL, and Pharmacy Managers (PMs).
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on outstanding issues, including exception reporting, CRS audits, IT/service ticket escalations, and other matters.
  • Calendar and Email Management: Manage the DL, RX calendar and inbox, ensuring timely follow-up on urgent matters and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Change Champion: Serve as a change champion for the district, liaising with CSC partners to track and monitor progress on implementation of pilots and new program rollouts.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain pharmacist schedules for stores in the district, including holes list and shift coverage, DSP Pharmacist calendar, pharmacist vacation approvals, and sick call coverage.
  • Support DL, RX administrative needs, including expense submission, store supply ordering, HR ticket submissions, and other tasks as required.
  • Manage DL, RX calendar and inbox, reviewing communications from CSC and Region Director to brief DL, RX on key priorities and upcoming milestones.
  • Pull, manipulate, and analyze store- and district-level pharmacy reporting to identify opportunities across the market.
  • Support staffing for the district, including opening and maintaining STARSource requisitions, screening candidates for exempt and hourly roles, and attending career fairs/hiring events.
  • Travel to support pharmacy operations and planned/unplanned events, accessing RxConnect as needed to support planned inventories and program rollouts.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems strongly preferred.
