About the Role

The Enrollment Advisor is the first point of contact for prospective patients during the enrollment process, serving as a resource, supporter, and source of information to make the onboarding process as seamless as possible. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping people understand the benefits of the Revero program and how it can help them achieve their health goals. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the enrollment process, ensuring that patients have a positive experience and are well-equipped to succeed in the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake calls with prospective patients, explaining the Revero program and generating excitement to start the program
  • Monitor patient progress through the onboarding pipeline, ensuring that patients are moving through the enrollment process efficiently
  • Assist with logistics, including scheduling provider onboarding calls and following up to ensure accurate health information has been submitted by the patient
  • Help patients schedule labs if needed and submit lab orders on behalf of patients
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to patients, helping them overcome any challenges and ensuring they have a successful experience with the Revero program

  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment and able to work independently
  • Ability to commit 20-28 hours per week with flexible hours
  • Bilingual (Spanish) written and verbal communication
