About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in North America. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring mid-size and large organizations as clients, who frequently feed their employees. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building new pipeline, leading the full sales cycle, closing and launching deals with prospective organizations, and promoting the DoorDash brand. Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with mid-size and large organizations
 - Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
 - Conduct deep discovery calls with prospects to understand their meal solution needs and showcase the value proposition of DoorDash for Business
 - Leverage tools like Outreach and LinkedIn to consistently engage prospects and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
 - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and drive business growth
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
 
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in a high-volume inside or outside sales environment, with a proven track record of success in selling to medium to large businesses
 - Strong understanding of the sales process, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
 - Dynamic personality with a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
 - Ability to navigate sales and internal tools quickly, including Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Google Apps

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
