Main Duties and Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Work from Home Product Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more.
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly, ensuring that all instructions are followed and the product is handled with care.
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
• Participating in some In-Home Usage Tests projects that may require the use of MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, a cutting-edge smartphone technology designed to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses.
• Engaging in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested, providing valuable feedback and insights.
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, ensuring that all feedback is constructive and detailed.
