Key Responsibilities

• Professionally greet and interact with customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair reverse osmosis water coolers and ice machines in business environments, including fishing water tubing through walls and ceilings.
• Complete assigned installations, explain the functionality of water and ice systems, and answer customer questions.
• Efficiently complete service routes, communicate with supervisors, customer service, and team members, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Some computer skills and ability to use hands and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and be assertive when needed.
• Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.
• Ascending and descending ladders.
• Working in small areas.
• Able to use hands and power tools.
• Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage commensurate with experience ($18 to $24/hour, depending on experience).
