Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Attendant with Royale Company, you'll be the face of our organization and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting, Greeting, and Directing Residents and Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for residents and guests, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
  • Verifying and Recording Visitor Information: Accurately record and verify visitor information, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed.
  • Answering Calls Professionally: Respond to calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing directions or instructions for the building as needed.
  • Receiving and Processing Incoming Mail/Packages: Efficiently receive and process incoming mail and packages, ensuring that they are delivered to the correct residents.
  • Monitoring Lobby Traffic: Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, alerting residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
  • Managing Logbooks: Accurately maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Front Desk Attendant with Royale Company, you'll need:

  • Proven Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a high-rise or luxury property setting.
