Job Summary
As a German Speaking B2B Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by contacting potential clients, managing and reporting on your sales pipeline, and implementing tailored sales strategies to client portfolios. You'll work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Contact potential clients by phone and email to introduce our services and generate new business leads.
 - Sales Pipeline Management: Closely manage and report on your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
 - Client Consultations: Consult with small-to-medium sized businesses in the market, understanding their needs and challenges.
 - Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to client portfolios, driving sales growth and revenue.
 - Customer Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving any issues that may arise.
 
Requirements
- Work Experience: Proven work experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
 - Language Skills: Fluent in German and good command of English.
 - Sales Drive: Absolute willingness to compete and win, with a demonstrated ability to create and close business.
 - Customer Communication: Strong customer communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
 - Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
 - Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic.
 - Problem-Solving: Problem-detection and solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
