Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create and renew records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Identify customer needs, exploring all available options to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to changing company needs.
  • Multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication and data capture.
  • Meet monthly individual goals as set by management, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage.
