Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to lead the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer program. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts, and the Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement a cutting-edge data architecture that leverages big data and analytics to drive business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, and develop a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and their application.
 - Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions, leveraging technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
 - Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels.
 - Provide guidance on enhancing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem.
 - Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
 - Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
 - Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks.
 - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
 - Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly valued:
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data architectures that support business intelligence and analytics.
 - Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
 - Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
