This role involves driving innovation, translating visionary ideas into actionable plans, and ensuring successful implementation across all stages of the product lifecycle. This role is pivotal in driving the success of CRS products and services. It involves conducting in-depth market research, pinpointing new market opportunities, and formulating robust expansion strategies. You will analyze competitors and spearhead the development of both new and existing product offerings. As the Product Manager, you will lead the gathering and prioritizing of critical feedback, refine current offerings, and define a compelling product and service vision. By collaborating closely with software engineering teams and business units, you will execute transformative CRS solutions that significantly impact and improve the lives of those in need. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the entire lifecycle of CRS products and services, including vision definition, strategic planning, and growth opportunities. • Develop and refine product concepts and designs to address market demands and user needs. • Manage new technology products and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with market needs and user requirements. • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. • Develop and set OKRs for CRS products and monitor progress to drive performance and accountability. • Create detailed requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups for senior leadership and the C-suite. • Gather and prioritize critical feedback from internal and external sources. • Prepare and present product performance reports and develop metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify improvements. • Analyze competitors and spearhead development of new and existing product offerings. • Drive innovation in CRS products and services to enhance value and address emerging needs. • Ensure CRS products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards. • Stay current with healthcare policy changes affecting CRS services. • Engage with healthcare professionals and partners to gather feedback and drive improvements. • Oversee the introduction of new products to the market, ensuring a smooth transition from development to launch. • Implement feedback loops to refine products and address issues identified during testing. • Manage product budgets, including development, marketing, and operational expenses. • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the R&D team. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies leveraging market insights for impactful solutions. • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding CRS products. REQUIREMENTS: • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a collaborative approach to innovation. • Experienced in Agile software development and the full software development lifecycle. • Demonstrated strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and timely execution. • Proven time management abilities and success in managing multiple projects. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and conditions. • Experienced with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and software architecture. • Competent in system performance optimization, cybersecurity best practices, and database management (SQL and NoSQL). • Familiar with API development, large dataset management, and UX/UI design principles. • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and experience with mobile app development is a plus. • Proficient in troubleshooting complex software issues and staying current with emerging technologies. EDUCATION: • BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related technical field is required. A master’s degree, is a plus. • Demonstrable equivalent experience EXPERIENCE: • Expertise generating new ideas and improving existing products and services. • Track record of launching successful software products. • Knowledgeable in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration. • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Ability to identify and develop industry related concepts and go-to-market strategies. • Overseeing product development timelines, budgets, and resources. • Working with executive leadership, technology, R&D, marketing, and other departments. • Creating detailed documentation for product specifications and processes. • Minimum of 5 years in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Minimum of 7 years of experience with a focus on healthcare and technology. SALARY INFORMATION: The expected pay range for this position is $105,000 - $145,000. Ramsell Corporation provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the company reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on several factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
