Sr. Product Owner, Airport Passenger-Processing Products (Remote)
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Research and understand customer needs to determine product features.
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize activities and represent the voice of the customer.
• Drive innovation and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Champion product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into accessible language.
• Lead product development from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of product value.
• Engage directly with customers to gather desired product outcomes through workshops and interviews.
• Break larger features into smaller, manageable increments.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value to drive results.
• Translate product roadmap into detailed requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Architects and Product Manager to refine features and adhere to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with Software Development Managers and Architects to agree on architectural options considering time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the Scrum Master in meeting team commitments.
Requirements
• University Degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Professional experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment with hardware and software products.
Nice-to-haves
• Product Owner/Manager Certification.
• Technical background in software and hardware products used in airports or aerospace.
• Experience with passenger processing and self-service products in airports.
• Familiarity with digital identity and biometrics-enabled products.
• Proven track record of launching new products.
• Problem-solving attitude with a desire to innovate and improve products.
• Ability to prioritize and make timely decisions to achieve business outcomes.
• Understanding of business value related to product features.
