The Role As a highly experienced Paid Media Specialist with a proven track record of delivering business results through paid media channels in both paid search and paid social, you are responsible for leading and creating the development of paid media campaign strategies, managing paid media campaigns, and managing the success of several accounts across different industries. You will be building and managing campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads, just to name a few. From creating entire paid media campaign strategies unique to each client to building out campaigns and delegating landing page design and optimizations to the web development team for implementation. This role entails “owning” everything under the umbrella of Paid Media/PPC. You are responsible for completing all campaign performance reporting and reviewing results with each client each month. You are an individual who is excited and obsessed with paid media advertising and stays up-to-date with the latest in the PPC industry; you eat, live, and breathe paid media! The Task At Hand • Strategizing, building, and managing paid media campaigns for paid search and paid social; Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. • Knowledge and expertise to perform both manual and automated bid optimization strategies and understand how to utilize various campaign types and strategies to deliver results for clients. • Conducting thorough keyword research, market research, competitive research, and audience targeting research to build high-performing PPC campaigns. • Experience and ability to implement and test conversion tracking in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. • The ability to create and deploy an effective paid media strategy, which includes the strategy around landing pages and ad creative (text, graphics, and video). • Ability to write all landing page content and delegate to the Web Development Team for implementation. • Perform rigorous campaign analysis to determine performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities to ensure that client goals are being met or exceeded. • Completing monthly reporting and being able to speak to performance and progress with clients and team members. • Constant development of finding new paid media strategies to test and implement. Qualifications • A proven track record of delivering PPC results for agency clients. • 5+ years of past agency experience is required (tracking time for your individual tasks and working within project management systems). • 5+ years of experience strategizing, building, and managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. • 5+ years of experience strategizing, building, and managing paid social campaigns in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads. • 5+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and setting up conversion tracking. • You excel at developing paid media strategies and executing them to deliver inbound lead generation for service-based businesses and sales for e-commerce businesses. • You are highly detailed, focused, hungry for success, and always willing to learn more. • You carry strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Candidate must be highly detail-oriented. • You are highly organized, punctual, and have the ability to “over-deliver.” • You have expertise in communicating with clients and stakeholders. • You have a strong passion for PPC, digital marketing, pattern recognition, and data. • You are always looking to dig deeper and find the right strategy. • Strong experience in utilizing PPC industry-standard tools. • You thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and put your skills to the test by working in a team of highly skilled individuals. • You hold yourself accountable and put out your best work every day. • You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with others. • You have a proven record of managing multiple PPC accounts at once. This is a part-time, 100% remote, 1099 contract position.
