Talent Acquisition Program Manager/ TA Program Manager
Responsibilities:
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager to join the Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement team. Reporting to the Director of Global TA Operations & Enablement, in this role you'll be responsible for:
● Documenting, standardizing, and influencing end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring consistency and scalability.
● Partner closely with Compliance to strengthen audit readiness and regulatory alignment across Talent Acquisition operations.
● Lead and manage recurring Client Surveys (Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience) to capture insights and provide actionable insights to improve hiring quality.
● Partner with cross functional partners to focus on automation, integrations, and AI.
● Enhance TA communications, including ownership of a weekly recruiting newsletter and other communication channels that inform and engage key stakeholders.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
● 6–8 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
● Strong program and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
● Must be proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in cross functional collaboration.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: Remote
