Sr. HR Generalist - Athleta (Remote)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide support on people and organizational issues throughout the organization.
• Advise leaders on the people and organization impact of business plans and decisions.
• Implement strategies to improve employee engagement year over year.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify business opportunities and develop solutions with leadership.
• Support talent management and succession planning activities within the business.
• Partner with HR and business teams in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to ensure a ready talent pipeline.
• Deploy retention strategies to promote organizational stability.
Requirements
• Proven success and expertise as a Human Resource generalist.
• Comfort with HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational development, talent management, and talent acquisition.
• High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics; good communicator with strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong business orientation and drive for results.
• Ability to assess situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend talent solutions.
