HR Generalist, Biopharmaceutical, Remote US
                                The HR Generalist supports the overall goals, objectives, and direction of Syncromune by ensuring seamless execution across various HR operational functions throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will ensure the smooth execution of the day-to-day HR processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting a scalable infrastructure for a growing team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Work closely with the SVP HR to support key initiatives.
• Refine core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and employee changes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and employee files.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation including onboarding and policy acknowledgements.
• Support audits and reporting requirements related to labor law, benefits and internal policies.
• Maintain policies and HR SOPs for HR administrative workflows. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and decision-making. Create and deliver ad-hoc reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Assist in organizing HR-related events and trainings.
• Provide administrative support for performance reviews and internal communications.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline HR processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Establish documentation standards across all areas of HR Operations.
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for HR related needs.
• Support company-wide hiring activities as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
• 4+ years’ progressive experience in HR with experience working for a Biotech, Pharma or Medical Device company required
• Experience supporting multi state remote employees preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and with all levels
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and operate with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrated success in supporting HR processes and programs in a growing organization
• Familiarity with HRIS and PEO systems
• Experience managing time tracking related to leaves of absence and hourly employees
• Knowledge/Skill:
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility to take on new challenges as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment
• Possess a self-directing, self-starting work ethic

• The work environment shall be virtual with the ability to travel to the Company headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL, or Iowa office, as required.
• Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to, the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range: $95,000-$115,000
This position generally is eligible for cash incentive compensation, equity incentive compensation, and employee benefits under the Company’s benefit plans.
