HR Generalist/Recruiter

Description: • Serve as the go-to person for employee questions about HR processes, benefits, and company policies • Handle day-to-day administrative HR tasks to keep HR function running smoothly • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding • Coordinate hiring efforts and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience • Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture and foster a positive, collaborative environment • Plan and execute events, meetups, and engagement activities to strengthen team bonds • Act as a key part of operations managing the administrative side of HR Requirements: • Proven experience as HR generalist (3 years, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment) • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing highly sought-after technical talent in the US market • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment • Bonus: Experience recruiting for a spin-off or a company in the generative AI space • Bonus: A network within the US AI/ML community Benefits: Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
