[Remote] Customer Success Manager - Web3 / Blockchain (App: cc8-4)
                                Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Referment is working with a rapidly growing SaaS company in the Web3 security space that is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager. This fully remote position involves owning strategic client relationships, driving adoption, and delivering measurable value across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
• Leading the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, retention, renewals, and expansion
• Running strategic discovery sessions and business reviews with VIP clients
• Partnering with Product and Engineering to champion client needs
• Driving measurable improvements in NRR, churn reduction, upsells, and client engagement
• Delivering consultative value through insights, process improvements, and best practices
Skills
• 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
• Background in SaaS/software platforms (CSM experience with technical products is essential)
• Strong track record of delivering outcomes against metrics like retention, renewals, churn, and expansion
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills (fluent English required)
• Genuine passion for Web3, with clear motivation for working in this space
