[Remote] Digital Operations Coordinator

The Digital Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing campaign workflows and ensuring seamless project delivery across multiple teams, contributing to impactful digital campaigns for nonprofits.
Responsibilities
• Manage campaign and project workflows in Adobe Workfront from kickoff to launch
• Create and maintain project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across departments
• Oversee production workflows for:
• Creative assets such as emails, graphics, and campaign copy
• Tech deliverables including web updates, donation forms, and email campaigns
• Media assets including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and Google Grant ads
• Coordinate handoffs between Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Media teams to ensure smooth progress
• Anticipate risks or delays, flag issues early, and help re-route work as needed
• Confirm all deliverables meet internal standards before finalization
Skills
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, digital operations, or production (agency experience a plus; internship experience included)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront or similar)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on collaboration and process
