Remote Customer Experience & Sales Associate (US based)

The Role:
We're looking for a proactive, friendly team member to handle inbound customer enquiries, combining sales support with customer service. You’ll be answering calls, emails, and messages, helping customers choose the right kit, and supporting them through their journey.
Your Responsibilities:
Respond to calls, emails, live chat, and social DMs
Convert leads into happy customers through clear, confident communication
Provide order updates and troubleshoot customer queries
Maintain records in CRM and collaborate with the operations team
You Are:
Experienced in sales or customer service
Professional, articulate, and people-focused
Comfortable with remote tools (email, chat, CRMs)
Independent, organised, and enthusiastic
Bonus Points For:
Interest in vanlife, travel, or DIY
Shopify or eCommerce platform experience
