Key Responsibilities
- Offers functional support and performs data entry and cleanup for data transfers (essential to complex)
 - Performs more complicated data transfers and maintenance related to operations, migrations, and new product implementations
 - Works with different departments to ensure quality provider data to our members
 - Maintains and updates provider segment and agreement data, including officially sensitive or complex transactions, in appropriate systems in support of claims settlement and provider directory
 - Works cooperatively with internal/external constituents to implement new organizations and complex administrative arrangements
 - Identifies, analyzes, and directs root cause investigations (e.g., issue providers identified by PST, trends from routine PDS reviews) and collaborates cross-functionally within the organization to suggest process improvements
 - Conducts and oversees reviews of provider data and escalates issues for resolution as appropriate
 
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of provider-related experience
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
 - Provider Data Maintenance experience
 - Past production environment experience
 
Preferred Qualifications
- CPB or EPDB knowledge
 - Strong verbal communication skills
 - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
 - Proven success in prioritizing work and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 - Proven outcome in collaborating with others to meet/exceed expectations
 - Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications
 
Education and Skills
A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships with internal and external partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are also essential.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $18.50 - $35.29 per hour, depending on experience and location.
