Work Environment

This is a fully remote opportunity, available in qualifying states, excluding Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming. The start date for this position is March 4th, 2024, and you will work Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Central Time Zone.

Pay and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range of $16.00 - $19.00/hour, with opportunities for continued salary growth through performance-based incentive programs. You will also be eligible for a $2,000 New Hire Bonus, paid in two installments of $1,000 after 6 months and 12 months of employment. What You Will Do for Us

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting and educating members, providers, or customers on products and plans
  • Researching, analyzing, and resolving all inquiries, promoting a favorable image of the Company
  • Fostering and preserving reputable relationships with all members, providers, or customers by providing accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries
  • Providing assistance, service, and education to members, providers, or customers through various channels, including telephone, internet, and written inquiries
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in responding to inquiries
  • Processing and resolving customer issues with varying complexities
  • Documenting interactions and correspondence with members or providers in a clear and concise manner
  • Applying computer-based skills to navigate multiple systems and internal resources to address inquiries and gather plan details for members or providers

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, with 1 year of experience in customer service or related experience
  • 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or a contact center environment (highly preferred)
  • A private work-space and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired internet connection
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Technology savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
  • Willingness to learn new skills
