Job Summary
As a full-time Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support to our retail stores by answering maintenance requests, dispatching and providing directions to employees, and following up with contractors regarding schedules and work performed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail stores by answering maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently
- Dispatch and provide directions to employees related to building maintenance and upkeep
- Follow up with contractors regarding schedules and work performed
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Broad experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) version 2007 or later
- Excellent verbal, relational, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Development/Support or equivalent experience required
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at various levels of management
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software or similar systems
