As a Cyber Protection and Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of our Cybersecurity team, which is responsible for protecting our organization's systems and data from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Software: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our TPRM software, ensuring that all third-party vendors and internal stakeholders are compliant with our cybersecurity policies and procedures.
 - Cyber Risk Assessments: Conduct cyber risk assessments and due diligence exams for third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, identifying potential security risks and providing recommendations for remediation.
 - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to validate incoming risk assessment requests, confirm the details of the request, and scope of the engagement.
 - Kick-Off Meetings: Conduct kick-off meetings with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to discuss the TPRM process and ensure that all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
 - Due Diligence Questionnaires: Coordinate the distribution of due diligence questionnaires to internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, review submitted questionnaires for completeness, and identify potential security risks.
 - Risk Management: File responses, associated findings, and remediation plans in our TWDC systems, ensuring that all risk management activities are properly documented and tracked.
 - Reporting: Draft and review reports for the checks performed, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the results and any necessary remediation actions.
 - Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and our cybersecurity team, ensuring that all queries are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
 - Continuous Monitoring: Continuously monitor third-party vendors and internal stakeholders for potential security risks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing remediation actions as necessary.
 
Governance, Threat, and Compliance
- Cybersecurity Strategy: Lead and assist in the development of cybersecurity strategies to ensure that our organization's risk appetite is aligned with industry best practices.
 - Compliance: Maintain and document compliance with information security-related policies and procedures, ensuring that our organization is compliant with regulatory requirements.
 - Education and Communication: Lead the development and delivery of compliance and risk education and ongoing communications, promoting a culture of security and compliance within our organization.
 - Regulatory Changes: Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, new guidelines, technology, and internal policy modifications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing remediation actions as necessary.
 - ISO 27001: Lead the team to maintain and guide ISO 27001 compliance, ensuring that our organization's information security management system is aligned with industry best practices.
 
Competencies and Attributes for Success
- Understanding and Competencies: Outstanding stakeholder management, working understanding of information security-related high-quality practices and requirements, experience in the control of hazard, controls, and compliance.
 - Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Super analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to navigate rapid-paced surroundings and be flexible with working hours.
 - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fantastic communication abilities, both verbal and written, with robust interpersonal abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree: Applicable bachelor's/master's degree from an accepted university or equivalent experience.
 - Experience: 4 years of experience in third-party risk management, records security, and audit & compliance tracking (minimum of 2-3 years in TPRM/internal audit).
 - Credentials: One or more credentials - CISA, CRISC, ISO27001 L./LI, CISSP.
 - AI/ML Experience: Experience in AI/ML is a plus.
