Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at KellyConnect, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our comprehensive customer service solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between working from home and our office in Irvine, California. Schedule and Compensation Details

We offer a flexible and attractive hybrid work solution that provides the best of both worlds:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday
  • Competitive Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day will involve:
