Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Customers: You'll interact directly with pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
  • Researching and Problem-Solving: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Going Above and Beyond: We're looking for team members who can go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing critical thinking and creative solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years of Customer-Focused Experience: You should have previous experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Multi-Tasking and Critical Thinking: You should be able to multi-task and think critically, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: You should be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift schedules and work overtime as needed.
  • Background Check and Licensing: You must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pet Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the pet industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools is desirable.
