About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Chewy, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for:
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to wow our customers, engaging with them in a way that's personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused
* Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions that meet our customers' needs
* Collaborating with our team to build, grow, and unleash our full potential
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a way that's personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused
* The ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to being available when our customers need us
* The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
