Job Description
We are seeking an experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you will work from home and interact with customers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine problems and questions related to our clients' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
 - Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
 - Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
 - Maintain a deep knowledge of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
 - Offer additional products and services to customers
 - Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
 
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English
 - 1+ year of experience in customer service
 - High school diploma or GED
 - A quiet and distraction-free home environment
 - Ability to multitask quickly
 - Desire to learn new technologies
 - Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
 - High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone
