Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, define, and capture business needs, ensuring that customer data is accurately captured and transformed into valuable insights.
  • Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
  • Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
  • Utilize big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
  • Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
  • Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of not less than 3+ years.
  • Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups.
  • Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems.
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
