About the Role

  • Transfer data from paper formats, computer records, or scanners into our databases, records, and files
  • Enter data into appropriate fields, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Curate data directly from speech or interviews, updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available
  • Correct and modify inaccurate files and records, ensuring data integrity
  • Type data directly and accurately, complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
  • Summarize data for standardized reports, providing valuable insights for business decision-making
  • View and verify confidential or private customer/client information, protecting their identities and maintaining data confidentiality
  • Verify data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
  • Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a high level of organization

Essential Qualifications
