About the Role
In this exciting role, you will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. As a remote employee, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls and other communication platforms, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for our customers and following up as needed to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address their queries and concerns, providing personalized solutions and support
 - Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
 - Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
 - Stay up-to-date with our products and services, making recommendations and providing education to customers as needed
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote setting
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
 - Ability to multi-task and think critically, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
 - Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, ensuring seamless coverage and support for our customers
 - Mandatory background check for KY Rx Tech license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
